hello and welcome would charge around £480 £30 to cover materials included £25 per sq metre total £350 14sq then another £100 for the border and mosaic and window reveals. some times it is best to forget what some one else is charging and go about it ur own way have a set rule £25 minimum per sq metre and don't get out of bed for less than £100. hope this helps

i usually charge £20-£25 m2,unless its small area then its a day rate £120- £150 depending on the job & tiles used!
for your job i'd be looking around the £350-£400 plus mats!
