by the time you set the bloody jig up i would have cut the scribe with a coping saw .. had a beer and an hrs kip :lol:

Great if you fit skirting board all day but for using every now and again couldn't justify the cost. I know my worktop jig was £130 and I'm guessing that will be north of £200

I use coping for the scribe and tenon for the long straight cut...waste of money !

If I ever come across a room that has loads more than th average 4 corners to worry about I might look at it.
Otherwise ill stick to the chopsaw and multitool

I rember when i brought my first wet cutter about 29 years ago, thats what everyone was saying about that. It cost me £700 then, Paid for its self in two months. i wouldent get one because i dont do woodwork for a living but if you were on new biulds on a price its diffent. Just like my pointing guns all the brickys i can point faster, till they see us pointig lol.

I have seen it I think it's the nuts but not if you are doing two skribes but if you do it for a living time is money. Yes I have seen chipys that still don't use bench saws and even chop saws that say the same thing
