I have the new genesis mitre block ... Bloody good it is and very sturdy ... A lot easier for holding trims .

the tilers that have had one seem to think it's OK not really had anyone slag it off and CTD seem to like it. at the end of the day it is a mitre block it will do the job but its not going to change your life lol

Just easier than the old little blue one Dean... Ideal for metal trims

I remember putting a piece of timber onto the bottom of a mitre block which I believe you did the same Dean to hold the flange of the trim, that was a while ago though.

that is exactly what i did then i got one made up on a 3D printer and away we go lol
