new website

Hello again folks,
I am starting my own business. Business name will be DJH Professional Tiling and am currently building a website . It presently has a home page which describes the business and the services offered , a page about the underfloor heating which I offer , a contact page (self explanatory) and Why a tiler? page explaining why it is advantageous to hire an experienced tiler.
I would like to offer a portfolio page , but although I have tiled for quite some time have never taken any pics of jobs I have done.
Anyone got any ideas what I can add to the site until such time as I get a portfolio up and running?

dont call the page portfolio call it a gallery page and just put the page in and add to it as you go.

All websites rely on CONTENT. If you can add photos and write blogs etc then it will get better listings.

At the end of the day your site is a showcase so get pictures up of things like your van, your work, you and make it interesting.

Takes time. But if you can devote about 20hours of time to start with in content and then 1hour a month after that on updates then you are on the right track.

Also notice on our homepage we have NEWS as an ongoing thing to keep content fresh.
