This will help with the really established members who will be behind on reaction scores due to them being encouraged for years to just say hi and welcome to the forum in their welcome replies.
I've now disabled post counts from that old welcome forum from being counted towards your ratios. So that the new ones posted in the new welcome forum can be lengthier conversations which encourage better discussion and more reactions.
