no Sandy, the river i fish is to overgrown on the banks to fly fish, altho' I do tie fly's now and again. I use an 11 foot greys greyflex spinning rod and a shimano baitrunner loaded with 18lb bs ( you have to "bully" salmon in on "my :lol:" river) a size 4 baitholder hook and ledger to suit water levels with a worm or two on

I haven't fished in years. I had a van stolen and it was empty of tools. Unfortunately it had in it two Bruce & Walker rods , two Hardy reels and most of my tackle. I wasn't so bothered about the van which I got it back as the kit which I didn't.
