Wireless with your normal internet connection. I bought a wireless dongle thing as I don't have the newer xbox with the built-in wireless. I have the older black one.

I was on my phone Rich, having a sneaky peek whilst drinking some tea! I've been to work, well I've been to start the inlaws bathroom which is free!!!!!!! Are you saying if I plug my dongle into the Xbox I should be able to get it online?
