I forgot to put a small cutter in the van this morning, so had to use a tx700 for 150x75's, silly billy!

Wouldn't they scribe and snap? I mean with just a tile scribe.

So the cutter covered a surface area with the dust sheet under it that was pretty much equal to the area being tiled.

It's not as bad that way around compared with turning up to fit 600 x 600 or something with your historic TS30 :-(

You could get away with doing all cuts in one pass

You got it the right way around Bri. Now if you had turned up with a TS30 to cut 600 polished porc you would have felt much more foolish.

Yeah cut no probs, that cutter is 4 years old now, I do like to polish my cutters every now an again, that's one of the sad things I do in my spare time

I use my tx700 for just about everything Bri, unless I need to use my tx1200. I gave Oli my ts40 a few years ago and never got round to replacing it.
