off due to weather

turned back home today because the snow was chucking it down and the roads started looking really dodgy ,who else is sat at home because of the weather ?

I am but i could get to the job, just that the tiles didnt arrive until 1pm today.

I told my guys to turn back one pair had to go out into the country lanes the other pair were around the corner from where i was supposed to go

A site in Keele is froze and too far to go to find out we cant work.
Another site is in a school but things not ready.
Another small job is in the countryside and will be a no go area.
At least i will be inside tomorrow and have tiles now........just NO MORE SNOW !:incazzato::incazzato::incazzato::incazzato::incazzato:

didnt even bother today,,last week had the van bumped because of ice,,mon was pushed out the frozen car park in edinburgh also had to abandon the van on monday not worth it plenty snoww here overnight last night

Managed to get 4 miles up the road this morning, then turned back it was just so slippy not worth the risk! then i heard at 12.00 that no one had made it into site even the guys with 4 wheel drive diddnt turn in!

Us off too,snowed in badly and also a two hour drive to current job with -8 down there so no hope of me going !! could be a bad week,lol.long holiday:incazzato:
