Work done for today, until kitchen fitters arrive to put layout down on ply before I install heat-mats. The two of us installed 12 sheets of 18mm ply, over 22mm chipboard, glued and screwed every 150mm with 2000 screws. The sheets were pre marked by apprentice at the weekend. It took him longer to do that, than it did for us to install them.

Thats a lovely bit of prep work Stewart, spot on.

Had a meeting first thing this morning for a pool thing that Gooner will hopefully be doing next year, he can have the pool and spa bits and I'll take the stone. It all went well, so Im crossing my fingers on that one.

I am in the office now, sorting out corian work tops and vanities, did I ever tell you I hate templating? I break out in a cold sweat everytime I have to do them, there is no allowance for mis-measuring, I feel sick all the way through until the tops and gubbings are all done and we're of the site. I saw these fancy machines once that supposedly did all the measurements for you, but after speaking to a few people about them, Im still back to the tape, and doing it the old fashioned way.

Wow, that's gorgeous... almost a shame to tile it!
