It could be yeah mate. I have a close friend who works in the Bentley manufacturing plant and he too had to sign a gagging order thing. If he leaves, it's still applicable, and the reason for that is competitors could get a job there then simply leave once they have the info they need -so the gagging order covers that too.

It could expire after a period of time and would have stated that, but they could expire after a period of time anyway. A bit like the top secret files on UFO's and aliens that got released like 50 years after they were written due to the amount of time spent, it's just not applicable any more - sort of thing.

I could be wrong though, I've never signed one.

yes matey i worked for the mod signed wen i started, also when i left, its with me for life:thumbsup:

Ahhhhhhhh right.

My mrs' old man works for BAE, making bullets of all things, and he says it's an offence to tell us anything about his job (he says every time after he's just told us eveything about his day :D :D ).

My mrs went for a job there and the security on the gates called for a guy who drove 50 meters in a car with blacked out windows to the gates to drive her back 50 meters, interviewed her, and did it again 50 minutes later when the interview finished. I thought 'what's all that about I can see from the car park everything she could see inside the gates' but it's just the rules they have to follow.

Very top secret stuff.
