Kitchen floor tiles are cracked. I have contacted 89 tile shops, ordered 15 samples which I paid for and finally found a match.... and I order a pack of tiles a week ago and rang up the tile shop today to see where they are .... and the guy says the distributor has discontinued them. :yikes:

I have a black board with the samples on them and they are called vetulonia cotto tiles, problem is I need 3 tiles and the sample board only has two.... if anyone knows anyone that can help me out. that would be great....

Thanks for the replies.

I think that they have cracked because the tiles are not level (on a slight slope) in the kitchen. Plus there is no adhesive under the tiles.

I don't know why they are cracked I think I need someone professional to come and fit the tiles for me, and also to provide advice so it will not happen again (LOL) epseically if I can only source 2-3 of the tiles.

I have 3 tiles cracked are all lined together. The downstairs is complete with tiles apart from my lounge, so re-tiling will cost a small fortune. Hence why I thought yippee when I found a tile match and then the distributor has stopped selling them :yikes:

It would be great if all tiles HAD to have a code on the back and be submitted somewhere, so you know who the manufacturer was at least.

Something along those lines has been tallked about we just need someone with the know how to set it up.....Anyone know of someone like that ? DAN!
