use a scrap piece of tile and mark it with the same pen..leave to dry and use nail polish remover containing "acetone"...if this works then use in on the tiles that are marked..if not then you will have to replace them.....
Acetone is a fantastic solvent,you used to be able to buy bottles neat from the chemists..until cider drinkers cottoned on....Gaz
