White cement based adhesive, work cleanly, seal before and after grouting, don't wet cut as the water will make the tiles come away from the mesh. I'll be really impressed if you can mitre the window reveals and any external corners.

rite so take time and strictly no water!... seal before grouting once up or before staring? 9mm trim or 12?

Yes you do, you just need to take it slowly and do a few practice cuts first. Believe in yourself, you have to do everything in life a first time.
