did the job which involved, taking the old electric shower off, replacing with a mixer, hence no need for the cable so the customer said he would pull it through from the loft! nothing wrong with that except for the way he phrased it, 'just going into the loft for a tug'!! really really had to bite my lip!! lol

Went to adjust the thermostat on the shower last night as arranged, met mr 'Grumpy', only to find out they had fallen out over the temp of the water!
