OK this is an optical illusion.

1. Stare at the red star on the girl’s nose for 30 seconds
2. Turn your eyes towards the wall/roof or somewhere else on a plane surface
3. Keep blinking your eyes!
4. What do you see!

There could be good points to doing this, if you looked at any corner of the tile, the other tiles around it would appear to have pristine clean grout even if it's actually dirty.... ? Would that actually work?
