I am in a bit of a quandary here!!! Since getting banned off the other forum (The Orange One). I keep getting e mails for advice on Natural Stone problems! from that forum. I have answered all of them from a professional point of view but I am a getting a little pi**ed off with it now.

What do you guys think? Would you keep answering them? Or should I tell them to register on this forum for an answer?

I am a little torn because it was Paul Riley who banned me and I have no beef with the members and my views are Forums exist to help people with problems?????

I would quite like to hear your thoughts guys

Thanks

Kev

Concentrate all ur efforts on ur new home

There are many people on this forum who could do with your sound advice

If it was me who was banned from here by for eg. i would not contribute further

Closed chapter sort of things

It wasnt the members asking for advice that banned you, so i dont see why you shouldnt give your advice. Of course at the end of the day you could just tell them you are no longer a member of that forum and you dont feel it correct to answer because of that .
Personally i would give any advice i had freely to anyone unless it was a personal grudge against the same person.

The 1st forum i found was "that one" ( spits) and i felt it was run by a bunch of self appointed Gods not Mods. I didnt hang around long but i didnt look elsewhere either.

I only stumbled across this site by accident but i can say hand on heart its got the best info available from people who care about the tiling trade in all aspects and who dont just have their say to be the "Big man"

oh and hanging around with a moron like Wivers makes be feel a whole lot better about myself

Ah well apparently kev...and I've just read this....and they're all missing you and asking where you've gone... but your not "officially" banned!

That was there way out of answering a direct question as to why he was banned..........no disrepect to the other members of that forum but the admin team are shocking the way they just wipe members for the sake of it....
