Right all you lads up anywhere near Saltaire nr Bingley.

I have friends wanting good tradesmen for a home project, ie Loft conversion.

They wil be requiring a Plumber, Electrician and someone to sort a roof out re Dormer windows etc and more than likely a carpenter.

They have tried getting people in but no one comes to quote. They have tried My Hammer, My Workman etc and again no luck .

So if anyone knows of someone suitable or even a builder that could do it all then send me aPM with their details. Cheers

Find it hard to believe that no one wants the work under the present climate:thumbsdown:

Me too but I know for a fact that this is the case. At the moment they want a fence putting up, A shed base laying and shed. The loft conversion and new bathroom. there a load of skimming walls to be done.

Earlier this year it took months just to get quotes for some repointing the outside walls then it took more months to actually get someone to do it.

They do have a tiler though
