Over tile chrome external corner trim

Does such a thing exist and does any one know where I can get it?

I've tried searching online using various search terms but can't find anything.

I basically want an chrome 'L' profile that I can fix over the tiles at the corners.

Any help would be appreciated as I presumed it would be easy to find and have fixed the tiles already!

Check out Genesis for these, they are under "edge protection".

Actually GazTech, since you're on, do you know much about Genesis trims?

I've come across their Aluminium Internal Trim, which looks perfect to help cover a badly fitted kitchen worktop:

But I'm not sure if genesis do a corner piece. I need a few inward and a few outward ones to go around a couple of boxed pipes. As you can tell this'll be a DIY job for me.

Have spoke to a lady at Genesis but she didn't have a picture so couldn't help!

Nipped into Tiles UK at the crack of dawn this morning and they looked through the Schulter brochure. They don't seem to do the same sort of thing as Genesis do. As I need to cover the badly fitted work surface with gaps up to 10mm, I think the Genesis trim may be best.

How do I do corners though, internal and external ones? I'm a bit concerned that simply cutting with a hacksaw will look untidy and give a pretty unsafe /jagged edge. And Genesis only seem to do internal corner pieces.

Any thoughts?

Square edge trim is easiest to mitre.

Hacksaw and mitreblock then use a file to fix it up.

Always worth testing for square before fitting otherwise you get sticky all over your tools
