Oxida floor tiles?

I have quoted to fix 10sqm of 40x40 ceramics to an asphalt kitchen floor.
Quoted £200 + mats as the customer keeps giving me work.
Now though she has asked for a re-quote (always good when they see the need!) because she wants me to fix Oxida porcelain 76cm x 45cm in a brick-bond, and the kitchen has a central island just to keep me on my toes!

I've not seen these yet but I would imagine they are tumbled-effect edge?
Has anyone used these and can they be dry cut (width not length - only have a 600 cutter!)

Thanks!

I've used these before and yes they can be dry cut...they're glazed porcelain. Very expensive, very good quality and very hard. They do have a bit of a tumbled edge rather than a rectified one. They also do a 45x45cm in the same tile I believe.

If you can lift the central island that will help... My island has a flexihose for the gas so the units can be jacked up. And no sink so therefore no plumbing for waste and hot / cold feeds.
