Yeah parmo's are popular up these parts, not my favourite but tasty enough with the trimmings.

chicken breast flattened , breadcrumb,and deep fried, beshimal sauce, grated cheese, then grilled, i think but there are also versions of this around up there to, and you buy from your fav -place

yes mate i did like it!! but not for every-day :yikes: we rented a holiday home ,and bought tesco's finest ready meals and cooked them in the oven some nights it was -15 :yikes: but we kept going ill post some pic's soon
