That's how I started out. Tiled my first kitchen and bathroom when I bought my first flat, then a few more jobs for family and friends, then slowly built the customer base and portfolio and have never looked back.

Slow coach...........:lol:To give you a rough idea, a full bathroom including prep takes me a full 5 days, based on a 16m walls, 4m floor. Don't put yourself in a position where you are forced to rush to get a job finished, that's when mistakes are made and the quality of the finish is compromised.

my gaffer expects far to much from me,i would have 1 day to do 16m2 walls and 4m2 floor, prep would be done to his standard not mine i miss being self employed lol.
Thats pretty much everyday mate,dont get me wrong i can do it as am used to it now but his idea of a good tiling surface and mine are totally diffrent,maybe thats why he's a millionaire and am not.
