I try to stick to the notion that until the customer has paid in full....everythin belongs to me, adhesive....grout.....sealant.....plasterboard.
Don't get me wrong, i'd stack all their tiles up neatly once removed to get at my 'gear'

If i've done the plumbing aswell that could turn into a frightening thought....🙂

I try to stick to a general rule if im laying out more than 1500 quid myself then i ask for deposit to cover materials, otherwise its payment upon satisfaction🙂
