PC problem

On returning home from work I clicked onto the forum and I keep getting a window opening asking for a password?? anyone seen this ?
It opens when I change pages in the forum. No other website gives this issue ??

according to one site Its a script that checks links to external sites. Have you tried a restart ? do you run adblock and or no script ?

I have it in my adblock plus list of lockable items on TF but it is NOT blocked.

I used to run NoScript but it was a pain at times.

A reboot seems to have sorted it but what was it ?

It's skimlinks buddy - Go here in your profile and turn it off.

http://www.tilersforums.com/profile.php?do=editoptions - at the bottom of the settings, uncheck "Skimlinks".

In the meantime I'll get skimlinks support team on it. Though I'm guessing they'll say it's a setting your end. Your tried a different browser just out of interest?

It's a feature that's still in trial. A better one apparently is VigLink (or something like that) but I'm yet to test that one.
