Phone call

Following a post of mine on this thread http://www.tilersforums.com/tiling-forum/49715-tile-lippage.html I got an unexpected phone call from the op basically wanting to speak to someone to ask some opinions person to person, after a 40 minute phone conversation he went away much happier and with a bit more reassurance that he wasn't being picky and was very grateful to me for taking the time to talk to him and also to the forum as a whole for the information and friendly attitude he received. So another person pointed in the right direction, and hopefully on his way to solving his issue. TF really does make a difference to peoples lives! (could that be a slogan :lol

It dragged me away from the door I was reluctantly painting!!!! I started it 3 hours ago!!!!

Had quite a few unexpected calls for off the forum advice

Some do land when you are right in the middle of something that really needs completing lol lol

Thats the first one I've had! He seemed a bit down in the mouth, as you would expect, and to be fair to him he did do his homework before he hired the fitter. I felt like an agony aunt!

I got one bloke phone me from Newyork Twice lol and I had to ignore his third call within an hr of the first two
It is good to help but I was busy lol
