Saw Storthes Hall,Huddersfield on there.
My Uncle was sent there about 60 years ago,had problems with his nerves & behaviour.
They gave him electro shock therapy !!
Needless to say,it did not cure him,gave him many many problems & afflictions that he had to live with until he died a few years ago.

Great post.This site is fascinating. I think most people will find somewhere close to them. Sometimes feels a bit tragic with the old closed factories. Looking through the photos you feel like a kid sneaking about where you shouldn't be.
