I have a Master tiler, I don't have a Marcrist wheel for it yet, but the last job I used it on was 8mm porcelain and the standard turbo blade was perfectly fine cutting through it.

Some people turn their nose up at anything Plasplug, but I think the Mtilers a great wet cutter for the money.

Got to agree there Fekin, unless you`re doing large commercial projects it seems fine to me for 99% of domestic work.

Yeah, I have used the £39.99 dry cutter for over a year, forgot the name of it, but for standard domestic bathrooms with simple ceramic tiles it's done very well, and copes with upto 8mm thick ceramics easily, though I have never done porcelain on it, or natural stone, it does say it cuts them too.

I keep meaning to buy another replacement like a Rubi pocket or something similar, but for over a year this Plasplug has done me well, as my only small to medium dry cutter, so all in all I can't knock it.

I use the same dry cutter as fekin, and it is not bad on porcelain, it has done me fine but i am looking at up grading.
