These days when you ring BAL TAS more often than not you get to speak to some non-tech admin type woman who either gives you duff info, as in above, or more usually doesnt know so has to go and find a tech person to answer the question. Naturally this makes the call twice as long as it should have in the first place. Smacks of cutbacks if you ask me, it weren't like this in the old days.
