Plasterer

good morning all,
I am in need of some help. The plasterer did not listen to my instructions and skimmed an inch onto the shower enclosure lined with jackobard. The shower enclosure is 900*1000 I am unsure if he primed the jackoboard and what with? what would you do? leave it or try to remove the skim without damaging the board surface? if there is such way...

Agree with pdc the rest of the tile will pick up on jackoboard so no worries
