please help: fixing towel rail to wall through ceramic and 20mm marmox board

I have had a search on this and other forums but can't find the answer hence the post.
I have fixed 20mm marmox boards to wall with dot and dab tile adhesive then tiled over with 8mm ceramic tiles.
I need to mount the heated towel rail but not sure if I need to drill through the tiles, marmox and into the wall... or if i just drill into tiles and marmox then hang using rawlplugs?

i'd go through the marmox and in to the wall for a towel rail.
