What a disappointing response from the 'tiler'. I find it amazing that people can be so flippant when it comes to rectifying poor workmanship! And as for the comment about having to have the tiles sent away to be mitred, that's just comical, a basic wet cutter would be able to mitre that tile without any issues whatsoever.
