lol we do not drink or wash in canal water well not all of us. our water comes directly from the welsh mountains:smilewinkgrin:

I notice you use Wedi a lot and seems to be your board of choice. What sort of price you paying mate? As I can't seem to get it anywhere near the price of other types

its about 20 quid a board 600 - 2400

its not hard...most of it can be push fit...just practice solder joints in the garage...setting out and cutting pipe is no different to anysetting out..try it in your spare time..thats what i did...

Speedfit is the equivalent to using tubbed adhesive. I solder my pipes generally. Only time I use speedfit pipe is in lofts, and ill use a compression fitting instead.
