Polished porcelain tile help for newbie!

Ive used unibond tile on floors wterproof grout which i bought from bq. Ok do i use the grimex first with a scourer pad on the polished porcelain tiles and then use the grout stain remover! Ive put the ltp grout stain remover on undiluted but doesnt seem to have penetrated through like the the grout did!! ANy suggestions please??

Did you remove the transit wax with the products dave suggested before?
if you havent used them and you only got your ltp grimex then follow the directions on the label kepping the floor wet with this product for the duration off time and aggitate it with you pad, if this doesent work then you will have to try one of the products that dave has mentioned earlier on in this post!

Hi peckers.

No i havent managed to buy any of those products dave mentioned i have just tried the ltp grout stain remover undiluted on the tiles which hasnt done anything!! Was gonna go to tile giant and buy the grimex tomorrow and try that!! Should i do that then if no try removing the transit wax!??

As LTP technical has said above it may work, but grimex is not specific for removeing transit wax, this wax could be preventing the cleaners from getting into the tile to let them do the job effeciently enough to remove the grout stains. if the wax was removed then this could aid in the cleaning process imo. although you have nothing to lose by trying the grimex as it wont make the situation worse. good luck

Thanks peckers mate! Think i might try and get the transit wax off first! Dont suppose you know any shops which sell either Aqua mix Nano or Lithofin abra clean do you as postage is as much as the product itself!!

[LTP Technical]

LTP Grimex will remove all but the most stubborn wax, and we have tested most of the B&Q tiles. Apply the Grimex neat and the add some water. agitate the surface with a brush and leave for 15 mins. You may have to repeat this process. Once the wax is removed then we suggest the tiles are sealed with MPG.

Hi guys,ive got some off the nano scrub and have wet the fllor slightly first then scrubbed the tiles using the nanoscrub and a emulsyfying pad then mopped up the tiles after but can still see the grout haze!! Is this right and does the nanoscrub just mainly remove the transit wax? Do i now need to try the LTP grout stain remover or buy some grimex and try that next??
