Polished porcelain.

My name is Tim & I am a new member. I am thinking of buying Cheap polished porcelain tiles ( Bathaholic £12.00 p/M, e-bay) . will i have any problems with these? Any replies wil be helpfull. Thanks.

I would watch if the words cheap and polished porcelain are used together because polished porcelain usually isnt cheap! It could be end of line stuff and a genuine bargain to be had. It would be good to view it before buying and check for chips on the edges if its rectified and all the sizes are the same and batch numer or shading the same.

I got my travertine floor & wall tiles from ebay. It is luverly stuff

It was from a stone importer though

B&Q are doing a black polished porcelain at the minute at around £12 mtr,cream too i think,i haven't been asked to fit any yet but im sure i wiil very soon,

Hi Tim, as davey_G says, I'd be very wary of buying anything that you cannot at least have a sample of.

It ain't cheap if you have to rip it up again.
