Pondering newbie

Hi, love these forums and all the pro's who take time to help us game amateurs, I have just laid some tiles called ocean grey slate and was wondering what recommended products to use to seal and give the wet look affect as they look fantastic with the black and silver striations, any advice would be gratefully recieved. cheers stewart

Thanks for that Sir Ramic, I think that they are Polished Slate (but will confirm with Dealer) it looks like I will need the LTP MPG Sealer but will this give the 'wet look' that er indoors requires.

Is this in a wet area? If not then for slate they recommend Iron Wax gloss

Hello and welcome.. MPG will not give a wet look...

You will have to be careful applying topical sealer's to give a wet look on polished surfaces..

Welcome to TF Stew, as above really topical sealers that give the wet look are not good in a wet area, also need re-applying a lot more frequently than an impregnating sealer.:welcome:
