pool to tile

hi all need some advice got an indoor pool to quote for 40 ft by 20ft very uneven floor needs screeding. did one a long time ago and tanked the walls and put two coats of adhesive on walls and floor before tilling this was when i was working for someone else seemed a bit excessive, that was 15 years ago the pool is still as good as new the tiles i will have to use are inch by inch mosaic this is what we used back then i think i am answering my own question but all advice welcome

Stick to the adhesives maximum thicknes mate, you could find it shrinks after a certain thickness which helps pop off the tiles.

To be fair, pools are not my thing, never done one, give some of the older guys a PM or something, in the mean time if you are still stuck give BAL a call adhesive-wise.
