Porcelain floor tiles - polished/glazed

Hi there
We are wanting to use porcelain floor tiles but prefer the polished look. Am being told that once sealed they won't need sealing again, and elsewhere that it should be re-done once a year. Really want something that is easy maintenance! Should we opt for glazed ones instead or is sealing really a one-off? Would appreciate advice. Thanks

it all really depends on how much traffic the floor gets, you'll certainly need an impregnating sealer as opposed to a topical sealer. LTP are imo, the best, you can view their online product range via this link :

I'd recommend the LTP MPG one
