porcelain tiles

Hi Guys,
Tiled a kitchen floor last week in cosmos brown porcelain tiles.They have a matt finish,
and the shop i got them from insist they are factory sealed.The customer is not happy with
the finish as she insists they looked glossy in the showroom.She likes the look of them
when they are wet,is there a sealer or laquar i can put on them that will make them more glossy?

hello mate have you been to the shop to see them for yourself. a mat finish with glossy look sounds like she should of got polished porcelain tiles, i dont know this make of tile sorry so you might be better asking the shop she got them from

Are they from Cosmo Glasgow?

Hi Guys,
They are from all murads and come in a box with empire written on it.
They insist they are sealed but they dont look it,they look great wet but dry
with a matt glaze.I think in the showroom they are buffed and highly polished,
but in a busy house thats not going to happen.I want to try and put something
on them to give them a shine but dont know what will happen if they are sealed.
Will only do a small area first or a spare tile.
