Preparing Trav for grouting - are you guys using a tile cleaner?

..or just a rinse with good old water . It's filled and honed and I have been working clean . Is there any need to use a specific cleaner before sealing ? Thanks for any help .

just a clean should be ok, till cleaning water is clear

Some people like to use the residue removers on them some dont, mainly builders (and sealers) dont lol. The washboy takes off all the required grout then I use a non scratch emulsifying pad and henry after it has dried to a fine haze.

Usually just do two clean water washes and then seal when dry.
