Hi all.

2 rooms, both floors only. 1 approx 2.3m2, the other 3.4m2.
Both have existing boarding, ufh and tiles down, on top of original floor boards, which are to be removed by me.
Floor made good once removed, using hardibacker and levelled once ufh is down. Ufh not being done by me.

Room 1 tiled in 600x300 marble, Room 2 tiled in 600 x 300 black quartz stone. Both to be grouted in black and both rooms have a toilet which needs to be cut around. Been told theres no way of removing without taking apart half of bathroom.

No materials, just labour. All waste is to be removed by me,

Hi mate, no I dont have a waste carriers license, was going to call a 'fill me wagon' type company to come get it.

Im thinking around the £500 mark? What do you reckon?

Im gonna take it back to original boards and take it from there dave. Dont know exactly how to tackle it until I see what Im working with once existing gear is removed.

You say just labour, what adhesives and grout are they supplying or will you be advising what they need..

To carry any trade debri/rubbish loose or in builder bags requires a waste transfer licence, if stopped a possible hefty fine..

blinking heck,really,seems a abit over kill really,i carry bags most days to my yard to the skip there. most look into this,don't wanna be braeking any more laws
