Hey troops, dont usually ask but just looking for a heads up on this one, 120m2, 450x450 porcelain onto wet ufh screed. Im supplying all materials inc 90m2 of durabase, primer, adhesive is bal and mapie grout, main area is 70 odd meters with 4 separate rooms off it. I started on mon and should be done midweek, price isnt really to much of an issue as its a regular client but want to make sure im not over. Just to add im staying away from home and paying for b and b, evening meal etc. Im coming in at round about £4500, whats your thoughts guys?
