I have recently priced a wet room, job consists of,

Removalof tiled floor 8m2
removal of rotting ply sub and shower tray

Install of new preformed tray and backer board on floor

Install of UFH and SLC

Laying of 8m2 porcelain tile on floor and 1m2 of wall tile, grout and Silicon

Charge 750 not inc mats

UFH 250
theromostat 70
SLC 80
Grout 20
Addy 70
Silicon 20
Waterproof tape 70
Dukka board 140
shower tray 200

Total approx 1640

I think its a lot of money but correct materials are not cheap.

750 for labour is not expensive...price of materials cant be helped

Correct guys, it's a floor job so had to take up wall tiles around room.
