30m2 of floor. Substrate is 20 year old screed. Based over 2 rooms, Kitchen/dining room and seperate conservatory.
Please include for laying 10mm insulation boards, laying UFH, SLC over UFH and then tiling and sealing polished porcelain 400mm*400mm.
Included in your price, all materials but not cost of Tiles, insulation boards, UFH and Thermostats.
