I've been charging per m2 but at a lower rate.

Maybe drop a few quid off your nomal floor rate?

Have done this quite a few times now and customer always seems happy with it.
Perhaps i'm too cheap...lol.

Nice work if you can get it but around here I'd not get accepted at that price, double the job price for a few hours work is very nice.:sad_smile:
