I just priced a bathroom and was wondering if it sound about right. Its 36msq ceramics walls, 6msq ceramics floor, there is lots of fidgety bits, lots of cutting, angles ect, original floor needs screwing down, and over boarding with ply. Including mats i'm going in at £1500 , does this sound ok, any advice will be appreciated.

i'd say a few 100 on top of that mate, but it depends if your getting your ply and addy cheap

42m2 of tiling including(inc mats) = about 1200
thats not taking into account if it's really akward
ply for floor/levelling floor inc lab= £300 roughly
so as you say it's fidgety i would probably add a bit on for time, but as there isn't a great deal of work at the moment you might as well stick with that price as you'll not be far away from £1k for a good weeks work(5/6days)
