price per meter

Hi all

Justed wanted to get a bit of feedback about a fair meter price for a good contractor that gives me at least 1 job every two months..Prices are for tiling only.Jobs are always mid range type jobs,"not quite high end" if you know what I mean.I keep thinking i am a bit cheap

It's really hard to say. I see you're from London so I presume prices are a little higher there. Around here (Lincolnshire) £25 all in for walls and £30 all in for floors is fair for domestic work, maybe a fiver less per metre for small comercial type work.

My prices are based on my costs plus what i would like to nett for the day.
Diesel,parking,how many hours round trip,tool wear,parking,van maintenence,etc,etc.Plus you charge according to what you're fixing. 5 days local work could be a couple of hundred cheaper than elsewere. I've netted £70.00 for a days ceramic work one mile away.And it was 8 hours. :yikes: .Good sarnies and tea.!No costs involved. It goes up from there.

I have several builders i work for and prices range from £170-£200 per day.

I would say it depends on the metreage, if the materials are supplied, somewhere £18.00 psm
