Pricing for Ditra

How do you price for laying Ditra matting? By the m2 or half day/day rate?

I'd go day rate...

You can increase your margins by using Durabase ci as its far cheaper than Ditra................

Durabase ci uncoupling / tanking membrane for tiling wood floors, under tile heating, in-screed heating, new screeds etc

25m2 roll £200.00 £8/m2

10m2 roll £95.00 £9.4/m2

5m2 roll £57.00 £11.4/m2


These prices are to arms members include vat delivered anywhere in the uk.

I usually charge £5m2 to lay plus full retail cost £12m for the Dira and the Addy.
Get yourself to your local 'tile magic' or Tile Giant as is now known (if you have one where you come from?). If you buy a full roll of it, you get it as cheap as £7m.
Failing that Wet Decs prices shown above are very good also.
