Afternoon gents - look for some help and advice on pricing work - I am totally new to the trade and really want to try and glean from your experience the best way to price the labour element of a job.

Ideally, bweing knew to the trade and therefore slow !, I would like to try and get to a "per m2 charge rate", but Ive got no idea what the going rates are.

Could anyone give me an indication as to whats a reasonable "per m2" rate and does it depend on such things as location (im in Reading) - as I dont want to price myslef out of work nor do i want to give the work away ....

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated - many thanks
