problem grouting

hi all,

thanks for all the advice. Went out to see the floor and have decided to re grout. customer DID however exaggerate the extent of the problem.

grout had dried mainly Grey with patches of white so rip it up and start again!!

to be totally honest i'm just dying to get a shot of my fein multi master i just bought last week.
