Problems with Bal grout?

They have had probs with the black and limestone for ages wivs.....I won't use those colours....AT ALL......

Mate you know what really got my goat the most ... the fact that the customer wanted me to use Mapei and i talked them outa it beacuse i've had problems with the Jasmine mapei in the past. So what happens they trust their tiler and the grout dry back looking like a 2 month old dog turd!

wot you gunna do then..?..use aqua mix stuff..?...

Yea i oredered it but the company phoned and said they aint got no black and Aqua mix can't give them a date for getting any more. So now my customers are waiting for me to hear from the aqua mix distributors about a delivery date. The other option is raking it out (no way) or oil and white spirit, but i'd rather wait and use the colourant to make sure.
